Mark has over 31 years’ experience in property. He started in asset-based finance with First National Industrial Bank in 1985 and moved from there into property finance, first with Syfrets Trust in 1988 and later with Cape of Good Hope Bank in 1992 till 2004.
He joined Prescient Real Estate in 2006, was instrumental in creating the Prescient Ink Property Fund and has managed it until its closure in 2019. He also started Percipient Property Solutions, Percipient Property Management and Percipient Construction.
Mark completed the Property Development Programme (GSB UCT) in 1994 and holds a current EAAB Fidelity Fund Certificate.
Lisa started her career in the hospitality industry while studying part time to obtain her Bookkeeping and Pastel Diplomas. She started out as a Debtors Controller in 2007 and worked her way up to Accountant before relocating to the Cape in 2016.
Lisa joined Percipient in April 2017 as a creditor administrator before being promoted to Junior Accountant responsible for group companies. Lisa loves animals, photography, keeps fit by running and admits to being a bit of a foodie.
Bruce started out in financial management before moving into general management and eventually consulting. He consulted for Percipient before joining the management team in February 2017 as General Manager.
Bruce now focuses on growing the managing agent business into the preferred agent for Home Owners Associations and Bodies Corporate. Bruce is a clandestine writer who, when not training for a triathlon, enjoys spending time with the family.
Kim has over 30 years’ experience in accounts and office administration, as well as many years’ experience working in Construction. Prior to joining Percipient, Kim worked as a Project Co-ordinator for a Property Developer and gained considerable knowledge in Estate Development and Estate Management.
In her spare time Kim enjoys reading, doing crosswords and spending time with her friends, family and many pets.
Claudine has over 20 years’ experience in Secretarial & Office Administration, having completed courses covering Secretarial work, Office Management, Public Relations and Business Psychology. Prior to joining Percipient, she worked as Office Administrator for the Estate Manager at Kelderhof Country Village, gaining considerable knowledge of Construction Processes, Estate Management and Property Development.
She joined the Percipient team in December 2015 and is now Contracts Administrator/PA/Office Manager whilst learning Portfolio Management. Claudine’s real job is being a wife and mother to three teens but enjoys time in nature and the quiet side of life.
Remona relocated to Cape Town joining Percipient in August 2017 to assist with the overflow of work in the property management side of the business. She always had a love for working with numbers and has decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Chartered Accountant through her studies at UNISA.
Remona is the Accountant for Property Management, managing the BC’s and HOA’s payments, cash flow culminating in the monthly management reports. In her spare time Remona enjoys movies and music and arts and craft projects; she also concedes to being painfully organised.
Letichia started out her career in Hospitality and moved into the Property Management Industry as a Financial Administrator for Business Accounts. She took an interest in the complexities of Utilities Administration, bringing a wealth of experience to Percipient Property Management when she joined in June 2019 as an Accounts Assistant.
Letichia is a family person who enjoys the outdoor life and has grown an interest in nurturing her own orchards.
Ilze comes from a medical practice management background and joined Percipient in August 2020. Before she joined, she handled overflow accounting work on an ad-hoc basis, but the challenge of the managing agent business compelled her to take up a full-time role. Ilze is an accounts assistant who supports the financial and administrative functions working collaboratively with both the finance and portfolio management team members.
Ilze describes herself as easy-going, a good listener, keeps fit and most importantly enjoys spending time with her loved ones.
Will completed a PR & Tourism diploma straight after school. After a brief stint in the USA, he returned to SA and completed a B.Economics degree at USB. He then left for the UK where he mainly worked in the accounts departments for several companies. Upon his return to SA, he started a tours and adventures company with specific catering to disabled tourists, and in particular to the Deaf Community.
After purchasing and renovating a few properties in his spare time, the bug bit him and he migrated to property. He worked as an Operations Manager for several developments, applying his knowledge at ground level to formulate architectural guidelines and develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the developments.
In 2009 he moved on to open his own Estate agency in the Southern Suburbs of the Western Cape. He has been involved with Percipient Property Solutions as a Development consultant since January 2013 focusing on the Napier Retirement Village development. He has since joined Percipient Property Solutions on a full-time basis, developing an in-house Estate agency. His focus will be on Property sales, Marketing and Developments in and around the Western Cape.
Having been in the real estate industry since 2018, Matthew brings a plethora of market knowledge and practical experience to assist clients with their property needs. Matthew previously worked in the finance and service industry fields providing him with a solid understanding of service and financial acumen. Matthew thrives on providing contemporary property marketing solutions and total client satisfaction.
Matthew has a B.Comm degree and is a qualified estate agent professional having completed his 2-year internship.
