Project Management

Project Management Cape Town focuses in more detail on the individual developments falling within the ambit of the Development Management function.

Our Cape Town Project Manager handles the day to day operational management of each development site, dealing inter alia with the following:

  • Co-ordinating the detailed design for services and site planning
  • Liaising with the professional team and all contractors on site, with regular project meetings to ensure the project is on track and to iron out any issues that require attention
  • Ensuring that the project is within budget
  • Monitoring the cash flow and signing off on all disbursements to contractors or third parties
  • Dealing with planning issues and chairing the Design Review Committee where applicable
  • Ensuring that the quality of finishes meets the high standard we strive to achieve up to the point where the property is transferred to the buyer or leased to the tenant
